For over 10 years, he has gathered valuable experience in mass catering, as a manager in bar/restaurants and as a culinary and cocktail expert throughout various summer destinations in Greece (Athens, Kos, Kalamata, Mani, Lefkada). His creativity and cooking talent exist since he was a young child and were greatly enhanced by his travels and working experience. His vibrant character and love for what he does are all portrayed in his philosophy: Great taste comes out of pure and fresh biological products, local producers and seasonal ingredients.
